This article describes the complete technology of empirical knowledge actualization (extraction and updating) based on preliminary integration of the updated network databases to the target database and subsequent transformation to the base of facts. The final creation of actualized knowledge is achieved by using the network version of the “Open tasks solver”. This technology can be considered as one of new directions of global networking intellectualization.

An experimental measuring technique for exploration of the traffic parameters of the Ethernet interfaces is presented in the paper.
